house, initially named Culver Apartments,
The Citadel Group pays homage to Dixon
and his original Atlantis, the “miniature
skyscraper” hotel that was regrettably
demolished in 1973. Recently, our preservation
efforts were recognized by the Miami
Design Preservation League and The Atlantis
was awarded as “one of Miami Beach’s
most impressively maintained Art Deco
buildings.”
